Data-Driven Dynamic Coaching

Do you finally want to lose weight or build muscle? Do you want to sustainably improve your strength or endurance?

Then don't waste your time with any standard programs that are not tailored to you! The truth is: there are no universal solutions. You are individual and the path to your goal is just as individual.

As a data scientist and natural bodybuilder with almost 10 years of competition experience (a.o. 2x Vice Swiss Champion, 3rd Place World Championships), I know what is important in training plans: professional recording and analysis of the relevant numbers and cleanly derived conclusions and adjustments.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of coaching programs are still static in nature. They give you a training and/or diet plan for a certain period of time, but without learning from your personal data and making adjustments based on it. In most cases, there is a lack of the necessary awareness and expertise in handling data.

If you want to take your fitness to the next level, we should work together. Together we define a realistic and time-based goal and I will then accompany you over the agreed period of time. I will show you what we can learn from your data and how we can optimize your training and nutrition in a targeted manner.

DDC - Data-Driven Dynamic Coaching

We first look at your current fitness level, your eating habits and your lifestyle. You can easily answer these questions online. The assessment is free for you and takes about 5-10 minutes.

Based on your information, I will make you a non-binding proposal for a data-driven and dynamically adapted coaching package for a period of either 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. Your goal is decisive for the period: How much weight do you want to lose? How much muscle mass do you want to build? Which strength values ​​do you want to achieve? We agree on a CONCRETE (how much?), FIXED TIME (by when?) and above all REALISTIC goal. If the suggestion is right for you, we can get started.

I will create an initial training and nutrition plan for you and discuss the documents with you in an online meeting. If you need support in performing the strength exercises, you can also book personal training with me (location: Flex Inn 24h Fitnessclub).

Every day you will receive an email inviting you to your personal diary. In your online diary you record the numbers relevant to your goal (e.g. body weight, daily calorie intake). Don't worry, it doesn't matter if you forget your diary. But the more regularly you fill it out, the sooner and more effectively I can support you.

As soon as you have recorded the parameters relevant to your goal in your diary at least 30 times, I can support you with the help of statistical analyses. For example, with the help of forecast models, I regularly check whether we are on schedule for your goal and which factors actually have an effect on your goal achievement. Based on these analyses, we make the necessary adjustments to your training and nutrition plan.

Livio Raccuia

Sport has been an integral part of my life since childhood. From football to athletics and tennis, I have tried many sports. Fitness has been a loyal companion since I was 16, although initially fitness training primarily served as a balance to everyday life and as support for my other sports. The focus was clearly on endurance training with running 2-3 times a week and strength exercises in a rather high repetition range.

It wasn't until I was 28 that I switched my fitness training from endurance training to hypertrophy training with the aim of building up a few kilograms of muscle mass. At the same time, I was doing my PhD in political psychology and discovered the joy of statistical methods and data analysis. Since I was able to quickly achieve good results with the new training, I signed up for a natural bodybuilding contest for the first time in 2014 at the age of 30 and with barely 2 years of training. At a time when you still had to record calories and macronutrients by paper and pencil and when there were yet no apps for it, I created my first plans and calculated progression curves.

In the meantime, I have successfully completed several competitions (a.o. 2x Vice Swiss Champion, 3rd Place World Championships), continued my education in various courses both as a fitness trainer and as a data analyst and worked as a data scientist for several years. The foundation for my sporting success, which I have achieved without any external coaching, was the clear definition and recording of the key figures relevant to my goal as well as the adequate use of statistical methods. Numbers offer great added value and fitness goals or physiological processes (e.g., weight loss, muscle building) are highly individual.
